Carl Wayne McCardle II is the Founder of  ChurchBoyBeatz  and Senior Pastor of The Coming of Ministry Community Church in Houston, Texas; U.S.A. and Owner Operator of AlleyHoops Sports Entertainment and Training facility in the Suburb of Whitefield in Bangalore, India.


He is a leader with a visionary gift for the twenty-first century. Coach McCardle has already proven to be one of the world’s most dynamic communicators and church planters, businessman, and community civic leaders and is involved with working side by side with community and civic organizations and bringing cutting edge U.S.A based sport of Basketball to Bangalore, India.


 He has since planted his roots in Bangalore, India and opened AlleyHoops Sports Entertainment and Training Facility in the Summer of 2017!



Coach McCardle is a visionary leader whom leads AlleyHoops Sports Entertainment and Training facility to the next level of success and achievement. Through his bold, principled leadership, and exceptional fitness training talent; Hoops has made great strides in both education, administration, technology, and business expansion.


Actively serving the community since 2012, (Coach) McCardle, Through diverse life experiences which includes relocation overseas to Bangalore, India and creating AlleyHoops Sports Entertainment: A basketball entertainment and skills training program.


God’s invisible hand again is constantly guiding this leader, who is also an accomplished musician, composer and arranger @  He not only works with the spiritual Man but also the natural Man. He has made Basketball fitness programs his passion in believing of taking care of each individual’s (personal) temple.


Growing up in the inner city of Houston, TX; Carl Wayne McCardle II was introduced to the game of basketball at the early age of 12 years. It was at this time that he fell in love with the game and began focusing on perfecting his craft. Within his first year of playing he won countless awards including MVP (Most Valuable Player),  2 Bi District Championships in Junior high 3 District Championships  with his High School Senior Varsity team, and first place in 9 Slam Dunk Contests.


On the court and off the court, he was known as a high scoring and defense machine.
